Namaste & Farewell

One saying and practice that yogis use after completing a meditation is Namaste. Today is the day that I am going to say namaste to the College Wellness and Health Guide. By creating this website, it has allowed me to prioritize my own mental and psychical health with the resources I have rediscovered and advertised to you all. I hope that you have found some sort of comfort these past few months by coming to this website and practicing or using the resources provided by your schools. My two most important takeaways from creating this website is catering to the right audience and working on multiple different platforms on the same topic. Because all of you readers came across this website somehow, by needing help prioritizing your health and wellness, it was easy to stick to that topic. The reason why I chose to specifically cater towards the college audience, is because I am a college student who too struggles with prioritizing her health and wellness. I’ve said it before, but college is extremely difficult, and prioritizing your health is not always the top of your daily task list. I personally have found it easier for me to prioritizing my health by using what I have shared within this website. By working on many different platforms I believe that it allowed me to broaden my audience by gathering people from youtube, soundcloud, and wordpress. Not only did it allow my website to populate more of an audience, but it also allowed me to broaden my skills. I had never created a screencast, which will be linked below showcasing the variety of resources college gives its student and I had never created a podcast, also embedded below. You can also resort to the screencast embedded below for any motivation on mental and physical health resource guidance. I thought I would struggle with finding enough to say but it actually came very easy to me because of my passion towards health and wellness. Sadly I will not be continuing by adding more to this website but you can always come back to this page without hesitation.
